After: New handless kitchen from Howdens joinery, new side door and window. Repositioned double oven in tall housing for ease of use. Atlantic slate flooring.

Upstairs flat in Falmouth- New German kitchen, flooring, plastering and decoration. Repositioned radiator, vinyl staircase with aluminium nosings with oak handles.
